Finch enjoys spending time with his family, enjoys watching sports, especially baseball and football, is a crazed Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. The author was also brought on board to turn the book into the script. It, soon, became a bestseller and a fan favourite. The book released in 2015 and is author’s first foray into the young adult genre. It is actually adapted from the novel of the same name by Jennifer Niven. Finch sat on a panel during a breakout session (Applying the Brakes: Updating the Friction Defenses) at DRI’s Asbestos Medicine Conference and spoke on the topic of Maximizing the Opportunity for Early Resolution. ‘All the Bright Places’ is not based on a true story.

THEODORE FINCH TRIAL
Finch was invited to attend and successfully completed the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy at Stanford University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Finch earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law – Wilmington, Delaware in 1998 and obtained undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts in 1992. His family brought him Westward where he lived in Seattle the majority of his life. He also serves as national discovery coordinator for the engine division of a major North American truck manufacturer responsible for the investigation coordination of discovery and the preparation and defense of corporate witnesses. Theodore 'Ted' Finch was born Novemin Salem, Massachusetts. His responsibilities extends to all phases of case development including substantial document and discovery-related issues including, preparation and defending corporate and company witnesses, corporate history investigation, motion practice and representation at trial. Finch jointly serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a Fortune 500 telecommunication company managing the defense of its mass tort cases throughout the United States in state and federal courts. His practices focuses on defending mass tort and toxic tort matters on a local, regional and national basis involving automotive products, telecommunications and industrial equipment as well as premises liability claims.
